It is important for us at Assumption College English Program (ACEP) that students not only learn from books but also have opportunities to talk to experts from various career paths. On Tuesday, February 8, 2022, Year 10 Introduction to Leadership students had the opportunity to talk to Mr Tavachai Pongmala, Managing Director, T.P. Packing LTD., Part.
Mr Marcin invited Mr Tavachai to speak to the students about the responsibilities and roles of a successful manager and leader. Mr Tavachai is an accomplished leader with many years of experience in running and leading a business. He spoke to the students about the skills and characteristics of a successful leader. He also spoke to them about his work, the challenges he faces but also about how rewarding being a leader can be. It was wonderful to see our students ask questions and engage in a conversation with Mr Tavachai.
We would like to thank Mr Tavachai for his time and for providing our students with useful insights into the life of a business owner.
We would also like to offer special thanks to Ms Pailin Limwattanachai for her help organizing this wonderful event and for her help translating between Thai and English.
