One of the Business Administration track subjects in Year 10 at Assumption College English Program (ACEP) is the Introduction to Leadership. The course introduces the students to the concepts of Management and Leadership. In recent weeks, Year 10 Business Administration students have learned about Functions of Management and Roles of Management. The students discussed what managers do, what roles they take and what it means to be an effective manager.
In the upcoming week, the students will investigate the differences between management and leadership and will start working on their term project which is a research paper on a leader of their choice.
It is wonderful to see ACEP students discuss and exchange their ideas on what management and leadership are and how to become a successful leader and manager – roles that Business Administration track students will be taking on in their near future.
