Students have been able to follow instructions in English to perform the stances seen in the beginning form of Shaolin Wushu kung fu – Wu Bu Quan.

All of Year 11 students were able to do this routine well. Obviously, you need to practice it a lot to master it, but the students did very well after learning it for only a lesson!

Kung fu and other martial arts are very good for exercise and good health, and Chinese martial arts are especially good for flexibility. I hope the students try to do more in future!
