Year 7 Plastic Pollution Leaflet Project
Friday, December 15, 2017
This term Year 7 students completed a project to raise awareness of plastic pollution.
As this is a very relevant environmental issue, particularly in Bangkok, the aim of the project was for the students to design an information leaflet outlining the problem, using key environment vocabulary studied in class, researched facts and figures from the internet and their own suggestions of how to help tackle plastic pollution.
The hope is that it will also help change our views on the negative impact plastic can have on our environment.
The students really enjoyed the project and gained very high grades for their leaflets, both in terms of design and English language.
Some of the leaflets can be seen in the Bell display cabinet next to the Multi-function room in the Regina Coeli building.
