Year 4 Maths – Patterns with decimals

During the week, we learned about decimals. Now in this activity, we have created unique patterns whilst learning how to convert from fractions to decimals. Each block represents one hundredth – so we were able to identify what decimal/fraction each colour represents in our picture. This activity allowed students to express their creativity along with obtaining the skills needed for decimals.
