2017 ACEP Professional Development Fair (October 2017)

On Thursday, October 5 and Friday, October 6, Assumption College English Program organized the 2017 ACEP Professional Development Fair for our Thai and Foreign Teachers. This was our second Professional Development Fair in the 2017 Academic Year, following our first fair which was held on May 11 – 13, 2017 before the opening of the school year.
The sessions were led by outside experts who shared their knowledge and expertise on the following topics:
- Problem-Based Learning: A Practical Approach for STEM Education led by Associate Professor Dr. Wannapong Triampo, Vice Dean, Faculty of Science, Mahidol University
- Differentiated Instruction: Strategies to engage All Learners let by Dr. Suneeta Kositchaivat, English Lecturer, Faculty of Education, Silpakorn university
- Positive Thinking & Excellence Behavior led by Dr. Suchard Katangchol, Director of Ph.D.P.A Doctor of Philosophy (Public Administration) Program
At ACEP we understand the importance of providing our teachers and staff with the best training available. The Second 2017 ACEP Professional Development Fair was a part of the ongoing professional development program we have at ACEP. In addition to the seminars every May and October, we also provide our teachers with training throughout each academic year.
Our teachers are looking forward to applying what they have learned during the 2017 ACEP Professional Development Fair in October in their lessons.
